Feudo Maccari Saia 2014 named 4th Best Italian Wine at BIWA 2016

Feudo Maccari Saia 2014 has been selected as the fourth best Italian wine at the Best Italian Wine Awards (BIWA) 2016.

Born in 2012, the annual Italian awards look to give international visibility to the country's most distinguished producers, and showcase the great wines available for export. Winners are selected by an international panel of judges including Masters of Wine, journalists, critics and other global wine experts such as Tim Atkin, MW, Luca Gardini, MW and Daniele Cernilli, one of the creators of Gambero Rosso. Among the four top-scoring wines, Saia is the only wine priced under $80 CAD. With an estimated $38-$40 CAD price tag, Saia proves its value and that it can stand among the country's finest wines.
