    June 2018

...A phenomenal white with effervescent acidity that makes you salivate and makes the wine extremely long, providing a sensation of freshness and salty minerality. It's austere, serious and a little closed, with subtle aromas and not much fruit, as it's more about stones than grapes (pun intended!). The palate reveals a straight, vertical and laser-cut white, with a backbone of acidity that lifts it up and makes it very long. It finishes with salty flavors that linger on your palate for a very long time.

    March 2018

A dense and layered white with sliced cooked apple, mango and hints of dried lemon. Exotic undertones. Full body, tight and focused with a minerality and precision.
