Sourced from a from a selection of old vines, 60-100 years old, and comprised mostly of Clairette and Roussanne, the 2015 'Boisrenard' blanc is simply gorgeous. It begins with pretty aromas of citrus blossom, apples, white peach and minerals all take shape as this slowly begins to open. Beautifully textured and elegant, while displaying remarkable overall balance through the beautiful finish.
