The 2015 Pouilly Vinzelles is a selection of vines within Les Quarts between 35 and 45 years old, aged 70% in tank and 30% in barrel. It has a pretty bouquet of green apples, jasmine and even a faint scent of rosemary. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity, quite minerally and tensile with a bright, saline finish that lingers in the mouth. Enjoy this pretty Pouilly Vinzelles over the next five to eight years.See detailed press review
