Lovely ripeness of generous raspberry flavours. Starting elegant floral scents the nose shows creamy and fresh wild fruit, very complex and intense. This shows dominating fresh red fruit with a hint of exotic spice note and smoky oak undertones in mouth. Well balanced, long and very fine.
Produced from vineyards located at the high mountains of Pontons (close to 800 meters). A native Penedes Cava fresh & greedy, just as it was in the days of our ancestors.

Salmon pink in color, it exhibits a lovely bouquet of cherry blossom, strawberry, and rhubarb. Just off dry and very tasty on the palate, this refreshing effort will provide pleasure over the next 1-2 years. It is a perfect match for jamon Iberico.See detailed press review
