  • Tasting notes

Purple garnet in colour with aromas of cherries, boysenberries, anise and toasted wood. Flavours of cassis, plum, dark chocolate and baking spices. This Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a rich, complex personality with ideal tannin structure.

  • Winemaking notes

This collection is a classic Californian example of a fruit-forward, multi-dimensional, and immediately drinkable wine. The Cabernet Sauvignon blends fruit from appellations as far north as El Dorado and as far south as Paso Robles. These vineyards possess diverse soil and can experience unique diurnal temperatures which create a more complex and flavourful wine. This vintage was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels following fermentation.
