Parés Baltà is a family owned winery in the Penedès region of Spain with traditions dating back to the 18th century. In 1790, the first vines were planted on the estate that now surrounds the winery. Today however, more than 220 years later, almost everything is different. The acquisition of the winery in 1978 by Mr. Joan Cusiné Hill, born in 1917 in Bellvei del Penedés, and the addition of the exemplary estates “La Torreta” and “Els Pujols” mark the beginning of the Parés Baltà...

}?>Pale yellow color. Medium intensity on the nose with toasty notes combined with aroma of pear and apple. Fresh and alive in the mouth with dominating notes of fruit. Light and soft with a pleasant finish. Serving temperature: 6 - 8° C.
Alcoholic fermentation at 16° C in stainless steel tanks for two weeks. Second fermentation in bottle following the traditional method. Ageing in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months.

Lemony, finesse, quaffable. An organic traditional sparkling made by a family owned winery from the classic cava varieties: Parallada, Macabeo and Xarel-lo. It offers impressive complexity at this price - notes of lemons, melon, pear and guava are rounded out with wild flowers and nutty, toasted pastries. The palate follows suit with lemony-quince flavours, honey and lanolin and an attractive tangy bitter finish. Nice finesse and richness with a lovely, creamy mousse.

Like biting into a fresh apple, but there is much more here. Floral with dried pungent flowers with notes of almond. Well balanced between texture and acidity. Aromatic complexity with a biscuity finish.

La domaine historique de Parés Baltà a énormément progressé au cours des 30 dernières années. Ce cava est issu des cépages parellada, maccabeu et xarel-lo, cultivés de manière biologique. Friand et relevé de bons goûts de fruits mûrs, tout en conservant une fraîcheur rassasiante, il possède une personnalité affirmée et un rapport qualité-prix remarquable.
